It is only fitting that since we JUST had Thanksgiving, and boy oh boy was it yummy that my first actual blog, aside from my post on the criteria I will use to review books should be no other than a must read Christmas Book List. Now, I am not going to do my top 10, nor will I be grading these books. These are just simply great reads to get you into the Christmas Spirit. This list may even inspire you on what to purchase for that book lover in your life, or simply help you create your Christmas list. Oh and I added pictures of my pies from Thanksgiving because well, what is better than looking at tasty desserts? Books and desserts go well together, right?
Before I begin, a little background. I became emboldened to finally do this blog because a friend of mine had asked a simple question on her Facebook page. That simple question was......
I could use some recommendations for good Christmas books for me to read. Book club peeps have any good ones??
so, I took this as my opportunity, and I answered her. After I did, I remembered I had always wanted to do a book blog focusing on reviews. Especially since she LOVED my recommendations! So, here I are building a book blog and huge shout out to my friend who gave me the courage to embark on this journey (and of course tripping at work leaving me non-weight bearing, which gave me the time to start). OK, OK, I'll get to the list!
